PICKIN' PUMPKINS, IN WELLSVILLE

Ashley and Lytton planted PUMPKINS for us and they were ready to be PICKED! The mice (since the cats had to be kept inside before their surgery) were eating some of the PUMPKINS so we needed to get up to WELLSVILLE and pick them!

We had a BLAST! The little kiddo's loved PICKING PUMPKINS in Ashley's PUMPKIN PATCH! It was so crazy but every single one of the PUMPKINS were perfectly shaped! I have never been to a PATCH WITH PERFECT PUMPKINS! It was hard to choose the one that was just right cuz most of them were that one!

 It was impossible to get all 3 boys to sit on these pumpkins and smile. This is the best we could get and I love it! These three BOYS make me so happy! This was a fun night!

 This is the pumpkin Waylon just HAD TO HAVE! It was so funny! He kept patting it and saying PUMPKIN! Until we cut it off the vine.

 Remi was more interested in the squash Ashley cut open for the mice so they wouldn't eat the pumpkins. Of course... that's my Remi!

                                     Mikell is so excited! This is all so super fun!

Next...we went inside and CARVED a few (some of us in our underwear!).

 Jose thought that was pretty cool. At first he didn't want to touch the guts!

 Then we made Caramel Apples:

 Boston helped me get the APPLES ready and the CARAMELS unwrapped.

 Kell loves Red Apples, and I love Green Apples for my CARAMEL TREAT!

 Jose gives it a try. He hasn't ever tasted one let alone made one!

                                  This is one of my favorite FAMILY TRADITIONS!

Then we LIT CANDLES and read SCARY BOOKS (Boston's favorite thing to do!)

 You can't tell we were in the pitch dark with candles only cuz my flash in this one!

We turned the flash off so you can see how much fun we had reading Halloween stories together.

Then we lit up the PUMPKINS and we all slept over at Ashley's house. What a great night we had!
