A WONDERFUL SURPRISE!

I walked out the front doors of my work and was SO SURPRISED! Sitting in the car right there was Ashley and the kids! I couldn't believe it! She said I want to take you to dinner! So we went to CHILI'S and I was just so happy the whole time because it was the best unexpected surprise to have them here with me. I love being with them!
Oh this smile is just the best. I love my Sadie Bug!
Remi loved playing the games while we waited for our food to come.
Ashley is so thoughtful of me. I just love her so dang much!

ST PATRICKS DAY

The LEPRECHAUN showed up at our house today. He surprised the boys. I think they forgot it was ST PATRICK'S DAY. The parents may have forgotten too, in fact there weren't any more GOLD COINS but that LEPRECHAUN pulled off a WIN for these sweet boys!
First there was this: GREEN toilet water!
Then when they opened the fridge they were so excited to see GREEN JELLO!
This is really fuzzy but what? GREEN MILK?
Boston drew this cool leprechaun holding shamrocks. I love the beard and hat!
I love how he wrote Happy Saint Patchrick's Day!
This masterpiece is a pig ghost with chicken legs! Very creative!
Boston drew me a brown sand next to the blue ocean with blue sky, white fluffy clouds and a yellow sun. He knows how much I want to be at a beach right now! Oh I love him for this!
This cute Waylon drew me a sun and the ocean too. I think he wants to go to the beach with me...no, I take that back...I know he wants to go with me!!

I just wanted to throw in some pictures of this beautiful day. After church the boys were eager to play outside because it was such a nice sunny day. Briggs took off on his new bike and then the scooter and they loved drawing on the driveway with sidewalk chalk...we are getting massive SPRING FEVER around here I tell ya! I loved their pictures of the LEPRECHAUNS and SHAMROCKS!

BRIGGS' 2ND BIRTHDAY
March 16, 2019
This cute, funny little guy turned TWO today. They were in Richfield for a Wrestling Tournament so when Briggs opened his first PRESENT he was in the hotel room. Oh boy! What this kid surprised to get all of these SUPER HEROES! He was in heaven! When they came home they met us at THE SPAGHETTI FACTORY to CELEBRATE our BIRTHDAYS...We share the same BIRTHDAY! We are exactly 50 YEARS apart!
He loves Spiderman and Hulk!

Afterwards we went to Papa and Grandma Melanie's house for ICE CREAM, CAKE AND GIFTS!!
Wow! Briggs got all he ever wanted and way more! He loves SPIDERMAN, AND MOTORCYCLES right now and he got lots of them! What a lucky boy!
Although we opened gifts first I'll start with his awesome SPIDERMAN cake that his 16 yr old cousin, Rachel made him. It was so great! She is talented I tell ya!
I got Briggs this Spiderman helmet he didn't want to take off. Silly kid! He loves wearing helmets and hats!
We celebrated his cousin, Halley's birthday too. She turned 11 the day before! She had Rachel make her eclair dessert...nummy!
Briggs got a new BALANCE BIKE, lots of big trucks, motorcycles, clothes and all the kids there had a blast playing with all of the fun TOYS! This party was full of cousins from both sides of the family and it got loud and everyone there had the best time! I was so happy that Ashley and her family could be there too!
He immediately knew how to ride this bike well. He has been riding a scooter since he was 18 months old. He has great balance!
I love when he smiles like this! We say, Briggs, smile at the camera. This is what you get every time! I love it!

When we got home I realized I didn't even get picture of me with my BIRTHDAY BOY. I love sharing my BIRTHDAY with my BRIGGY! I can't get enough of this awesome 2 YR OLD!

MY 52ND BIRTHDAY
March 16, 2019
Today was a FANTASTIC day! I enjoyed CELEBRATING with my FAMILY. It actually started the day before when I was at work. Those gals sure know me and treated me so well! I was shocked when Julie showed up with GRITS for breakfast. She knows how much I love GRITS! She makes them so well! Then Dawna brought me my own container of FROSTING from Dicks Market with a box of Graham Crackers. They know I love Grits and Frosting! Ha! Ha! Then in the afternoon we CELEBRATED all of the MARCH BIRTHDAYS. I got to share with Amy and Rebecca!
The next day was my actual BIRTHDAY and this how I CELEBRATED!
I really wanted to go to the TEMPLE with my FAMILY. So me, my Mom, Deb, Joyce and My Dad went to the BOUNTIFUL TEMPLE. I was so happy to be there with them!
Then...Joyce and Jenny were so sweet and they made me (at my request ha! ha!) Joyce's homemade BLUEBERRY MUFFINS that are to die for!
That crunchy stuff on top is so good!

Then we met up with my FAMILY at the SPAGHETTI FACTORY because that's one of my favorite places because they serve my favorite: SPAGHETTI WITH BROWNED BUTTER AND MIZITHRA CHEESE! OH. MY. GOSH! I love it so much! I was so happy to have my kids there with all of their kids, and my mom, my sisters, my parents, Logan, and Joyce and Jenny! I love them all so much!
This is my browned butter and mizithra cheese spaghetti that I love!
That evening we went to Mikell's parents house to have CAKE AND ICE CREAM because I share my BIRTHDAY with BRIGGS! My Grandson is exactly 50 years younger than me! He turned 2 years old today! Oh that boy brings me so much JOY I tell ya...he is hilarious! He makes us all laugh and smile all the time! I love that kid!
I'll do a separate post on BRIGGS' BIRTHDAY because he deserves it!
But I just want to thank my FRIENDS and FAMILY for making this BIRTHDAY a very enjoyable and MEMORABLE one for me! I love you all so much!
