ASHLEY IN THE LOGAN PARADE!

My mom and Jessica went to LOGAN with me for the 24th of July PARADE because ASHLEY was going to be walking her dog in the parade for the VET CLINIC that she works for. It was the BEST parade we have been to. It was SMALL, SHORT and SO SWEET!. We got TONS of CANDY and it was such a great feeling watching it. SMALL COMMUNITY parades are the best and it kicked butt on the KAYSVILLE parade! We want to go every year now! Then we went to Ashley's apartment to get a tour and it is DARLING! Then we went to see her work, and then went to lunch at THE BLUEBIRD RESTAURANT in LOGAN! We finished our visit there with a few photos taken at the LOGAN TEMPLE. I love spending time up there and especially with FAMILY!

ANDY'S FINALLY HOME FROM ARGENTINA!

After patiently waiting 2 years for Andy to fulfill his mission to Argentina, we were counting down the days to see him. July 5th was when his plane would touch down in SLC.  What a shock when we got a call from Diane saying Andy wouldn't be coming home quite yet. Probably on the following Friday. So again we waited with anticapation. Again another phone call from Diane saying it'll be sometime next week. The problem you ask? Well, there were VOLCANO'S in CHILE and the ashes were being blown over to ARGENTINA  and no planes were going out for quite awhile. After days of no showers, sleeping on floors and NO CHANGE OF CLOTHES for 10 DAYS!!!  Andy FINALLY made it home! We were SO HAPPY to see him at the airport! He had completed an HONORABLE MISSION and we are all SO PROUD  of him!!  He came back a little quiet and often he would pause in the middle of a sentence to search for the ENGLISH word! :)  It was funny. We are so happy to have Andy home!!
