TRICK OR TREAT

October 31, 2014

Ashley and Lytton came down so Remington could go TRICK OR TREATING for the FIRST TIME with Boston. They went out and had a great time. He made a cute little BIKER DUDE! I loved his tattooed up arms! Unfortunately, Boston was too tired when they got home and we didn't get a group picture. Mikell and my mom came to see me at work so I got pics of Waylon in his little costume. Check it all out!

Cutest little spider I have ever seen. Waylon, Mikell and my Mom
                                                  Itsy Bitsy Spider...Oh he's cute!
Captain America raiding my toy drawer at work.
Remington is the cutest little biker. Love those tatted sleeves.
Remi didn't know it was me at first. Then he gave me that big smile of his!
                                                                The Biker Family
He's screaming LET'S GO! I WANT CANDY!! (Just kiddin' he can't say all that!)
Winston even had a biker costume. You can't see it here though.

URSULA

October 31, 2014

I love my job at HALLOWEEN. We go all out in our themed decorating. This year we chose              "UNDER THE SEA" as our theme. Our decorations were awesome but boy, it was hard for us to find costumes. I instantly knew what I wanted to be. I have always wanted to be URSULA! Thanks to Debbie, she did my hair and makeup to make this happen. She's good at that kind of stuff. She put a bowl on top of my head to give my hair some lift. Thank goodness it was a light plastic bowl so it didn't fall out or give me a headache!

I love how everyone's costumes turned out. We have a very creative office! People come from all over the place to see us on Halloween. Everyone in our building, the School District and the bank across the street, our families, it's just DANG FUN! If you haven't seen us on Halloween, you need to next year!

Come see me you Poor, Unfortunate Souls!

This is my Ursula face before my mole. I forgot it for a few hours :)
Michelle made her an awesome Jellyfish costume that lights up. Awesome!
                                                             Lynnann, the Lobster
                                                         Kimberley the Sea Horse
Here's the back of her head. Do you like our coral all along our walls? Dawna made them. They were so awesome!
                                                                             Lesa, the shark.
My Boss, Brian was a Scuba Diver. I'm so glad he's not a party pooper!
Dawna made her an awesome Sea Turtle Costume
Here's the front of her turtle costume
                                                              Nancy was the Sea Goddess
Welcome to Our Under the Sea World
Doug joined in this year. He works in the office over from us but still in our dept. Love it!!
Cyndi, Lori, Julie and Darla had to work hard upstairs all day but we were so glad they dressed up and joined in on the fun.
Some of our decorations in our office. I will post our sunken treasure tomorrow. It's on my file at work:
We covered everything in heat resistant blue cellophane. Even the lights that don't get hot.
We put up bubble water on the top walls that were made of vinyl and Dawna made the coral that added the "POP" we needed.

This was how it looked on the outside of our windows. We posted Warning Signs. There were lots of sharks inside:

Pictures don't do it all justice. There was so much to see. Everyone commented on how calming it was in our office because of the blue over the lights. This was a fun Halloween!

BOSTON'S PRESCHOOL PROGRAM

October 2014
Boston had a PRESCHOOL PROGRAM for HALLOWEEN! I was so excited to see him perform. He did all of the actions, sang every word to every song and I was super proud of him. You never know how kids will perform once they are in front of an audience and this kid ROCKED it! Way to go Boston.

I enjoyed watching the COSTUME PARADE. I miss that the schools don't do that anymore. There was so many great costumes. He was super excited to be CAPTAIN AMERICA. He looked so cute.

He has the best PRESCHOOL TEACHER. His Grandma Melanie is his teacher. She did a great job!
This itty bitty spider came to watch his big brother
                                                         Cutest Captain America ever!
Boston is here with his cousin, Devin the astronaut
Boston did all of the actions. I was so proud of him.
He is really into doing the actions and singing all of the words to every song. Devin doesn't seem too interested right here :)
Or here...but Boston just keeps focused. I love watching the little kids. They are so funny!
Captain America with Teacher Melanie (aka Grandma Melanie)

Grandma Suzie is very proud of this little guy. Way to go Boston!

CARVING OUT FUN MEMORIES

October 2014

We had our CARVING PARTY at Grandpa Tom's (even though they were in the Philippeans) because his how is perfect for it. We missed Deb (She coming home from Disneyland) and the Robinson's. We still had a great time though. Boston loved SCOOPING out the GUTS of his PUMPKIN. He loved helping his Daddy CARVE the PUMPKINS. It was nice that Mason brought Graham to join us. He ended up staying till almost midnight with us having FUN!
Crazy, fun Grandma Shirley. She always sets the tone of the party with her fun attitude!
The boys loved playing with her. She is always entertaining to them.
Boston helping Daddy cut the top of the pumpkin.
Diane and her friend, Blair, Andy and Morgan begin their masterpieces.
Oh Wow! I love this cutie! She comes to every party and just loves to watch all of the craziness going on around us.
                                                               Scoopin' out the insides

I love your "stinkin' guts!" Boston! (This is an inside joke between us)
Lytton loved his warty looking pumpkin!
Grandma Shirley thoroughly enjoyed playing with Waylon. He is a real sweetie.
I love these two! Ashley and Remington had a great time. Remi loved running around Grandpa's house and having me chase him. I was exhausted!
Cousins playing so good together and being entertained by the funniest things. Coasters were the things to keep their attention today.
                                                                       The Bastians
                                                            Diggin' into this fun stuff!
The Wright's. Mikell usually carves out awesome pumpkins. She was busy with the baby and didn't show her usual carving skills today. She saved them for her family party. She is awesome at carving those pumpkins!
We were so happy that we got to see Mason for a few minutes. He brought Graham but then he had to go to the Halloween Dance with Sarah.
Cute family! Love these guys so much!
                                                       He takes this seriously!
Graham had a great time. He carved two pumpkins
Here's a few of their masterpieces. Well done pumpkin carvers!
