CUTENESS!

I just had to post a few CUTE PICS of Boston! Love, Love, Love, Love him! He learned to WAVE, and to give HIGH FIVES this weekend! We got the biggest kick out of him. Isn't it funny how we get SO excited over the simplest things? He turns 8 mos old today!

CARD PARTY!

On Friday night me, Jessica, Debbie and Diane drove to SLC to have dinner at CHUBBY'S with Grandma Shirley and then we went to her house to play CARDS and watch the JAZZ game. We hadn't had a CARD PARTY in a long time. We played a few games of GARBAGE. I am kind of missing the days when we would play NERTS. Anyone up for a FAST PACED game?

SPRING FISHING

We have had such AWESOME weather this past week that everyone is getting SPRING FEVER! Zach and Mikell took Boston to the PONDS to get in some FISHING! They had a great time. Boston loves being OUTDOORS and his parents are happy to have a FISHING BUDDY!  I went to take pics. Zach was there for quite awhile but didn't catch anything. :(

ASHLEY LOVIN' ON LYTTON

What else is new? Every time I see Ash and Lytt, they are always HUGGING or KISSING!  It's FUN to see Ashley so HAPPY and so INLOVE!
 I found a potential dress for Lytton's mom to wear at the wedding so after we all got off work, I met these two in Brigham City so he could take it to Idaho this weekend. I was only with them for a few minutes but it's fun to see them! Oh...and I love Ashley's new jeans! :)

PLAYNG SMART ASS

Saturday was a fun day! We woke up early and went to MARSH VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL where Lytton went.  They were having a fund raiser PANCAKE breakfast. His nephew plays Baseball so we went and ate there, then his older brother Hans, was in an ALUMNI BASKETBALL tournament and he won the 3 POINTER COMPETITION! We watched him and then me and Lytton's mom went to POCATELLO to go shopping for our dresses for the wedding and found nothing! But we had fun together and then we came home, had dinner and played SMART ASS AND BUZZ WORD. We had a great time!

 Lytton's Dad, Lynn would hoot and holler when he'd get one. It was so funny!

The only reason Lytt won though was cuz I couldn't roll a "1" to save my life! Next time...GRR!

THAI FOOD AND HOT POTS!

For my 45TH BIRTHDAY Ashley and Lytton took me to the best Thai Restaurant in Lava Hot Springs. Then we soaked in the HOT SPRINGS. It was so funny! While I was in the locker room I was having issues with my locker and so was the lady standing next to me. All of a sudden the lady said, Suzanne! I looked and it was my cousin, Cindy! I was so shocked! Ashley saw a girl from High School there too. What's the chances?
Anyway...I was so happy we soaked in the HOT POTS cuz I had been CHILLED to the BONE! And it felt so good to get warm!

CATTLE DRIVE

Ashley was SO EXCITED to help drive the CATTLE from one area to the next. It was so cool for me to watch her. I was standing on the deck at the back of the house and saw them coming. I zoomed in and so the pics are kind of blurry but they were running the horses and getting the cows moved and it was AWESOME!

BRANDING CALVES

Wow! This was SO MUCH FUN! I LOVED watching Lytton and his family brand the cows! Ash just jumped right in and gave them their SHOTS! It was so interesting. There is like 5 or 6 things that they do to the CALVES and eveyone has their particular job and everyone just jumps in and all of it is done in like 15 seconds. I thought I would CRY when the calves cried but it wasn't bad at all. I didn't even come close to crying.  And everyone at work thought the SMELL would be disgusting but I worked at a hospital for years and have smelled a LOT worse! Here is what they do:
 Lytton's brothers ropes the calves
Lytton puts a red thing around their necks and makes sure they are on their side
Ash gave 2 shots to each calf
A nephew cut the ear and put a silver metal looking tag on it
Another nephew put a yellow tag on the other ear
Lyttons Dad cut the waddle and castrated them if needed and de-horned 4 of them
Lytton's brother, niece branded them
Lytton's sister in law kept the branding tools hot in the fire
Lytton's brother kept mixing the stuff for the shots
and I took pictures!!
So see...its a FAMILY AFFAIR!  They branded over 200 calves and will do more this weekend!

HORSIN' AROUND

Ashley and Lytton went on a real quick horseback ride before supper. Lytton got to ride on the little horse. Ashley was in HEAVEN! Even though Lytton doesn't really like riding he knew how much Ashley loved it so he was so sweet to take her!
