VACAY IN LOGAN

January 2015

Ashley, Remington and I got to stay in a hotel in Logan for the weekend while Lytton was out of state driving cows to Colorado. We had so much fun. The hotel stay came with free meals. One of the places we went to dinner was the Goucho Grill. It's like Rodigio's with all the different meats and salads. I have never tasted such delicious steak in my life. Now anyone who knows me knows that I am a picky eater, I don't like exotic food and I am not a real meat lover, but this place had the best meats and get this...I ATE WILD BOAR! I liked it too!  I didn't dare to taste the frog legs or anything too crazy. They had really good orange chicken and like I said the steak is the best I have ever tasted. We had such a fun time together. I love staying in HOTELS!! I had a great time spending the weekend with Ashley and Remington!

NEW YEARS EVE PARTY

December 2014

We had our annual NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY at Debbie's. It was fun. Both Debbie and Jessica went to a lot of work. Jessica had prepared fun little games for the little kids. I felt bad that Boston wasn't able to come and play. Reece was so cute with Remington though and they had fun together.

We got some REALLY GOOD NEWS! Andy and Morgan came over for a few minutes to show us what they got Diane for Christmas. It was a cute frame that mentioned Diane would be a Grandma! Yay! They're pregnant!! Morgan is due at the beginning of August, just a few weeks after Ashley! I am so super excited!!

Tanner and Nate joined us for our NEW YEARS CELEBRATION this year. They were visiting from Seattle and it was so good to see them. We played the longest game of Logo's ever. It usually doesn't take that long! We also made up our RESOLUTIONS and took pics of us with them. We made our TOASTS and those with a partner got their MIDNIGHT KISSES. It was all a fun time. Thanks Debbie and Jessica for another fun night!

            Congrats to the parents to be! Morgan is due the first week in August!!

 

 

 

 

OH GRANDMA WHAT BIG TEETH YOU HAVE!

Steven came over to show us his newest COSTUME! He wanted me to get a chair and a Halloween Book out for him to act like he was reading. He wanted the kids to come sit on his lap. Waylon didn't mind but Boston was a little nervous.

Steven dressed up like THE BIG BAD WOLF! He wore a nightgown and everything. It was hysterical. He made me say, "Oh Grandma! What big teeth you have!"

I love my big brother, Steven! He can be so funny, clever and creative, until he starts to irritate and doesn't know when to stop and then he just loves to drive us nuts! The world would not be the same without Steven and I am so grateful he's my brother!

We were so happy that it SNOWED on CHRISTMAS DAY! What a GIFT! It think Zach was happier than any of us. He loves the COLD, WHITE STUFF! He has just as much fun in it as Boston does. After they built their SNOWMAN, Zach got out the tube and pulled Boston around the yard in it. Boston was loving it! He was hoopin' and hollerin' and it was just made me so happy to see him out there having fun with his Daddy.

                       This face right here shows you how much Boston was loving it!

 Every time they would stop Boston would reach down and eat some snow! I love watching this kid!

  Zach would get going so fast and then pull Boston around and he'd go flying by! What fun!

I love the snow in Utah!
