STEVEN'S ACCIDENT

I had just finished making all of my treats for the TAILGATING PARTY when I got a call from Gina, Steven's girlfriend. She was crying and said that the police had just called her and told her to contact Steven's family because he had been in a CAR ACCIDENT! His car was TOTALED and they were on the way to the HOSPITAL.  I immediately called Mom and Dad, Debbie, Diane, Jessica, Zach and Ashley. Mom called Scott. So I waited for mom to pick me up and we went to the hospital. Dad, Mona, Diane and Andy were already there. Steven was going North in Farmington when a US POSTAL CAR made an ILLEGAL U-TURN and hit Steven. Both were taken by AMBULANCE to the HOSPITAL. Thank goodness Steven was OK. He got a  small cut on his forehead but they were concerned that he may have INTERNAL BLEEDING. His stomach near his LIVER was really hurting him. The Ultra Sound and X-ray came back negative for internal bleeding...THANK GOODNESS! He's going to have a sore body for a few days. He is so upset about not having a car and has told us one, no I take that back, more like 2,000,000 times that he wants and needs a new car VERY SOON! It's going to be a VERY LONG few weeks or months until he gets a new one! He finally let me take a pic of him cuz he loves the attention of having a neck brace on! :)

 Steve liked his nurse, Lisa, that accidentally called him Mike. So of course he said he was Mike Meyers from Halloween. He loved that!
