We celebrated mom's 75th birthday up at Snowbird this year. It is so BEAUTIFUL and RELAXING up there! I made lunch for everyone. I made SHREDDED CHICKEN WRAPS WITH VADALIA ONION DRESSING. We had lots of toppings and fruit, and then Jessica and Brody brought CARROT CAKE and Deb brought like 8 different kinds of CHIPS AND DIP and Diane brought some homemade TRUFFLES, and Mona made a PHILIPPINO DESSERT with purple yams and rice. She keeps introducing us to new foods. She is a great cook!
We had a nice time up there. Of course what would a FAMILY GATHERING be without a little DRAMA???? To make a LONG story SHORT, let's just say Steven and Gina! Well, come to find out, Steven has been lying to us and making us feel sorry for him so we'd get mad at Gina. Well, it should have been Steven we were mad at. We got the whole situation worked out and I talked to Gina on the phone and now everything for the moment is OK!
I am so THANKFUL to Rick for letting us enjoy this CONDO IN SNOWBIRD!! We had a nice time!
