CARVING PUMPKINS

October 2013

We had a PUMPKIN CARVING PARTY at my Dad's. He has the perfect living room to accommodate all of the tables it takes for us to CARVE PUMPKINS. We had a great time. Debbie was so sweet to buy Boston a Mickey Mouse Pumpkin insert to stick in his PUMPKIN. He loved it! Too bad Lytton was super sick and had to miss out on most of the festivities.
                                                            Mikell gutting the pumpkin
Zach takes a stab at it!
Mikell is so awesome at carving pumpkins. She is fast too!
                                                 Mona's pumpkins are always awesome!
Ashley's working hard at gutting her pumpkin
Boston's Mickey Mouse insert. He thought this was so cool!
I took a turn at carving a pumpkin too. Ok, why didn't anyone tell me my hair was messed up?

Zach carved the Browning deer sign
Grandpa Tom fell asleep right along Remington
Boston was so excited to light up the pumpkins!
Boston is really into "Toy Story" so Mikell carved all the characters. This is Buzz Lightyear
This is Jessie, Woody and Buzz Lightyear. Mikell does a fantastic job!

October Birthdays: While we were CARVING PUMPKINS, we celebrated OCTOBER B-DAYS.
I got this cake and felt horrible because I forgot to add Remington's name to it. Holy Cow! My brain is dead! Good thing he is only a few weeks old and won't know until one day when he reads this blog! Sorry Remi, Grandma loves you!!

Birthdays in October: Remi, Mona, Shaelyn, Graham and Debbie (Out of town family: Channing, Joyce, and Hadley.)
Boston found these hats of Mona's and put them on Big Grandma and himself. It was so funny!
Big Grandma is such a good sport to play with Boston and wear this hat to make him happy!
