Poor Mikell has had such a hard pregnancy! She was put on bedrest because she keeps having labor pains and constant back pain and pubic bone pain. She has been miserable! What makes it worse is that she is home all alone everyday while Zach works tons of hours, and she has no one to talk to and its been really hard for her. So, Zach, being the sweet husband that he is, suggested she come a week early to visit her mom so she can be looked after and entertained by her nieces and nephews. She got the OK from her doctor to drive up here if she took UNISOM and slept most of the way. Well, she took it alright, and slept most of the way, but when they stopped for a potty break, Zach was filling up the car with gas, and Mikell walked into the restroom. She was so DRUGGED up from the Unisom that her head was a little FOGGY and she thought, "oh this must be a unisex bathroom with urinals and stalls!" So she went into the stall, and soon Zach walked in. Mikell noticed his shoes and said, "Babe?" he said, "Kell, you're in the MEN'S RESTROOM!! Ha! Ha! HILARIOUS! Needless to say he stood guard at the door while she finished!
I laughed so hard when I heard them tell this story that I just had to share!
While she was here her family invited me to have dinner and play badminton, and watch Nacho Libre' (I wonder who picked that movie??? ZACH!) with them so I could visit with Zach. Then on another night after Zach left they invited me to come watch Despicable Me and that was way cute. Then we had Mikell's family BABY SHOWER and oh, it was SO much fun! I was as excited as she was to see all the cute baby things she got. She got some really great gifts! I am SO EXCITED to be a GRANDMA!!
