I have been wanting to do this fun daily teaching moment for the Grandkids for a long time. Well, we started off really strong, and then halfway through the week, we got busy doing other things and before you know it, we stopped doing it, and it is important darn it! Maybe next year!
Well here we are talking about PALM SUNDAY. We had PALM LEAVES and I told them the story of Jesus coming into the city and the people with their PALM LEAVES. Then we colored our own PALM TREES and hung them on the wall.
The next night we did MAD MONDAY. I taught them how Jesus was upset because the people had money changers in the temple and how the temple is supposed to be clean and sacred. We then drew TEMPLES and talked about how they are holy. Then we hung our pics on the wall.
