Joyce came in town this weekend and it was perfect timing! She spent the day visiting Care Centers with my mom for Big Grandma. They both had the best feeling and was impressed with Heritage Place in Bountiful. It is just time for Mom to move Grandma. Mom has taken care of her for 2 years and it is taking a toll on her. So Mom and Joyce made all the arrangements and she will move in to her "new apartment" on Wed the 21st.
Joyce woke me up early on Saturday and said we have a lot of shopping to do! We went to 5 or 6 stores finding furniture, bedding, bathroom accessories, etc.. Everything to set Grandma up just right in her new place. We loved what we picked out and it although it was exhausting, it was fun too!
Later that night we met up with the rest of the family to eat dinner at TEXAS ROADHOUSE. It was fun and we surprised Joyce by having them sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to her and we even had her get onto the Saddle! It's true her birthday was in October but we didn't get to celebrate it with her so we thought this would be fun!
