We were a few days late CELEBRATING Ashley's 23rd BIRTHDAY! I cannot believe my BABY is 23 and having a BABY OF HER OWN! Seriously, where does the time FLY? I am going to post more about ASHLEY in a bit, but I have to tell you the FUNNIEST, AWKWARD story. You might not think it was funny, but you'd just have to have been there! We will make fun of her for a long time about this, kind of like we still make fun of Zach's, "I hate free balloons" from 2003. (Inside joke!!) Anyway, while in Rock Springs we decided to go to dinner and Ash was craving cheese. So we decided to go to a MEXICAN RESTAURANT. We googled one and found a FIEST GUADALAHARA. It was actually really, really good. I think they have the best flour CHEESE ENCHILADAS ever! Anyway, after we ate the lady brought us out some SOPAPILLAS with whipped cream and chocolate on them. Ashley said, "OH ARE THESE FOR MY BIRTHDAY?" The lady looked very AWKWARD and didn't quite know how to respond. She said, "No, they are what we give everyone here after their meal." We LAUGHED so hard! Zach was like, "I am SO EMBARRASSED!" Honestly, you'd have to be there. We couldn't stop LAUGHING. Poor Ashley felt so dumb. A minute later the lady came back with some FRIED ICE CREAM and said, "this is what we give for your BIRTHDAY!" and Ashley and Mikell loved it! I am sure now when we are out to dinner and the waitress brings something to Ash, we will all say, "Is this for my birthday?!" SO FUNNY!
