A DRIVE TO TREMONTON

After their family hike, Zach and Mikell went on a drive to TREMONTON. Zach would love to live there. They checked out new homes and then stopped at a school to let the kids play on the toys there before driving home. I loved these pics and the video of Boston laughing so hard while he and Mikell were on the teeter-totter. It makes me so happy to see him laughing like that. Oh how I love these kids!

   They have these swivel turny things instead of merry-go-rounds. It made Zach really dizzy!

GO TAKE A HIKE!

It was a beautiful sunny day Saturday and so Zach and Kell took the kids on a HIKE. They invited me to go but I have been down in bed since Thursday night! I have the worst cold ever! I have been miserable! Anyway...they took the boys and had a blast! Waylon was in heaven! He HIKED the whole way! He didn't want Zach to carry him in the back pack. Looks like they have another NATURE LOVER in their family. This family has so much fun together. They all love to HIKE and play sports and it's so much fun to see them so happy! I can't wait to join them when I get feeling better.

 Here they are first starting out...Waylon didn't last long in the back pack. He wanted to hike too!

 They took Nezzy too and she was so good! She wouldn't run off. She'd stay a few feet in front of them but would never go too far off.

 

               Boston is an awesome hiker. He loves it as much as his parents!

OOPS-A-DAISY!

After we came home from playing at Wiggle Worms, Ashley wanted me to take some pics of Paisley. She's 7 months old and we still haven't taken her 6 month photos. Well it started getting late so Ash said, "Before you go could you please just take one family photo for me?"  I said, "Sure!" Right then Mikell called me to give me an update on Nezzy cuz the dog was at the vets. I had to keep snapping pics of Ashley cuz Remi was wiggling all over and wanted to go play so I wasn't paying attention. I had seen her write 6 months on a chalkboard for Paisely to hold. But then I saw it! I won't lie...I swore! Not the reaction you'd think a grandma would say and Mikell was like what? What's going on? I said HOLY SH*#@!!  Oh my Hell! Are you freakin' kiddin' me? Look at this photo and tell me what you would think!!

Remington's said, Oldest Child, Paisley's says Middle Child and Ash was holding a Coming Soon sign!

  I was so shocked! I mean completely and utterly shocked! I knew Ashley wanted a large family and her kids close in age but 15 months apart! Geesh! Well, it was a major OOPS-A-DAISY! But I am so happy for them! She really wanted to run a half marathon in July and has been training for it, but it looks like that ain't gonna happen! Wow! I still can't get over it!! Little 7 month old Paisley is going to be a big sister!! CRAZY! I'm so happy my family is growing. I guess we will have yet another birthday in October! She thinks she's due around the middle of October. Remington will barely turn 3 years old on Oct.3rd so she will have 3 little ones under the age of 3!  Good luck Bastians!!

WIGGLE WORMS

I went up to Logan today to visit Ashley and the fam and to give the kids their V-day treats. We decided to go try out this new place called WIGGLE WORMS for the kiddo's. It was so much fun! They had fun rooms for the kids to play in like an art room, a vet room, a dress up room, a store, etc... they had a little area to ride cars and bikes in, a big slide and playground and a room for little ones to play in too. Moms could sit in a massage chair while the kiddo's play. They sell kid snacks like applesauce, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, string cheese, etc... super cute and cheap! Ash has got to come here more often for Remington to play with other kids.

NEZZY TURNS ONE!

Nezzy turns ONE YEAR OLD and Boston couldn't have been more excited!!  He baked and decorated CUPCAKES and bought her lots of new CHEW TOYS and they made some special DOG TREATS out of peanut butter. Everything was going super well until Nezzy started acting lethargic. After the BIRTHDAY FESTIVITIES Mikell thought she had better take Nezzy into the Vet because she was throwing up and acting very ill. (Well we know one thing..she swallowed Waylon's sock and she threw up part of it and we were worried it may have strangled her bowels) Well, they ended up giving her some Anti-nausea meds and a morphine shot cuz her tummy was having issues. They were worried that her stomach rolled but it didn't thank goodness! The next day she was acting normal. Thank Goodness! Too bad all of this happened on her FIRST BIRTHDAY! We hope we have lots of BIRTHDAYS with this sweet girl!
