It's PI DAY today so we CELEBRATED at work today! I normally buy PIES but now we have Shairise working with us and she used to be a professional baker so she made THE. BEST. PIES. EVER!! Seriously, she made homemade individual fruit pies like Blueberry with Lemon Glaze and Cherry and Apple. Plus she made a Coconut Cream and a Chocolate Cream with Pecans and the best Caramel you've ever tasted! WE ARE LUCKY!
