GRANDMA IS 100 YEARS OLD!!

My Grandma, Aurina Johnina Cozza Hobbs turned 100 YEARS OLD on Aug. 5, 2014. We CELEBRATED her big day on Aug. 2, 2014. Joyce, Jenny and Jared flew in, Stef and John and their family was there, Erin and Tyler and their family was there and of course all of the relatives that live in Utah were there too. Joyce and I planned her PARTY and it turned out really nice. I stressed way too much over the decorations because they just weren't what I had in mind, but they ended up being just fine. I made a TIMELINE from 1914 to 2014. Grandma sure has witnessed a lot in her 100 years from World Wars, the Great Depression to all of the awesome inventions that have taken place since her birth. It's truly incredible. She was a great sport all day and she got a kick out of her Golfing friends that showed up for her party too. Joyce ordered her cake, make copies of all of the pics of her and we put them on the tables. Everyone was able to take the ones they wanted as a favor. We also had a bag of M&M's with her pic on them in little bags as a favor as well. Joyce read Grandma's LIFE SKETCH and had everyone in the room crying. Jessica lined up a caterer and Erin found us a meeting room in the Best Western Cotton Tree Inn. Jessica also had her friend, who is a photographer, come and take pics of everyone with Grandma. We all wrote a favorite MEMORY of Grandma and Joyce is going to put their pic with the memory in a book for Grandma.

I am just thrilled that Grandma made it to 100 YEARS OLD. It has been so much fun having her around for so long. I am so lucky to have all of the wonderful memories of Grandma in my life. I am so grateful that my Grandchildren know their Great, Great Grandma and that I have a lot of pics and videos of them with her. Isn't that so cool?  There isn't anything I love more than my FAMILY and I was so happy that we were all together CELEBRATING this beautiful lady! HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA!

JULY FAMILY B-DAYS

We went to my Dad's to CELEBRATE the JULY B-DAYS. It was Beau, Diane, and Boston's Birthdays. Since we had cake at Boston's party yesterday, we had brownies and ice cream. We were so happy that Erin and her kids were still in town to help us CELEBRATE!

 Zach was such a great sport. He was wrestling with all of the kids. They loved it! He got a real good work out!

NINJA TURTLE PARTY

BOSTON TURNED 3! We had his BIRTHDAY PARTY at Grandpa Tom's. He was super excited to have a NINJA TURTLE PARTY! He is a little obsessed with them nowadays. His favorite is MICHAELANGELO because his favorite color is ORANGE and Michaelangelo is ORANGE! He also loves SPIDERMAN and he was so lucky to get a SPIDERMAN outfit, action figure and scooter. He got lots of NINJA TURTLE stuff too! There were a lot of people at this PARTY! After he opened up PRESENTS and eating CAKE we went outside to play on the WATERSLIDE! Oh did the kids love that! After that they broke open a NINJA TURTLE PINATA. All of the kids got CANDY and it was a great BIRTHDAY PARTY. I cannot believe BOSTON is already 3YEARS OLD! I love him so much. He has brought me so much happiness and joy and I am thankful he is my GRANDSON!

 Mikell made these cute NINJA TURTLE balloons. They are so cute!

 This was such a cute NINJA TURTLE cake! The flavor was Snickerdoodle.

 

 Boston was thrilled when he got a new cowboy hat! He had worn his other one out!

DO YOU THINK MY TRACTOR'S SEXY?

I have always wanted to take a drive on Lytton's TRACTOR when he was out cutting HAY. He called me and said if I wanted to come up Friday night I could go with him. Of course I jumped at the chance! It was such a nice TRACTOR with a great stereo, and air conditioning. Lytton loves his job and to him it's not a job because he enjoys it so much. He is really good at CUTTING HAY in his TRACTOR! Thanks Lytton for a fun RIDE!

 I just love the sight of this for acres and acres. I think it's so beautiful! I love being out here!

                            This is called raking. Lytton's just raking all the little stuff in after the big cut.

                             Here he comes to pick me up! I cannot wait to ride in the tractor.
