LET THE OLYMPIC GAMES BEGIN!

I LOVE THE OLYMPICS! I look so forward to them! We had an OLYMPIC PARTY at Dad's house this year. We each brought some FOOD from a different COUNTRY. All of the food was absolutely delicious! We were kind of bored during the OPENING CEREMONIES so I had brought some OLYMPIC GAMES that we could play in the living room. Everyone was such a GOOD SPORT to participate. We had a lot of fun! Here are a lot of pics:

Our Food From Other Countries:

                                Jessica made individual 7 layer dip from Mexico...it was so good!

Jessica also made Swedish Meatballs that were actually Sweet and Sour. I had so many of these! I also ate some of the leftovers of these for breakfast the next day. Seriously good food!

  Mikell made Stromboli from Italy. DELISH! It's kind of like a calzone.

Mona made Pansit from the Philippeans. We love it when she makes this.

 

Andy made really good meat Empanada's from Argentina. Sooo Good!

Judy made Cook Sisters from South Africa

Debbie brought Belgian chocolate, Belgian cream puffs, Jewish bread, French piroetts, and French eclairs, Lucky Charms from Ireland, Swedish Fish, Australian candy, Mexican candy, Chinese Candym and sweets from someplace in Europe. Oh yeah, and don't forget the European Chocolate!

Do you know the part of the Olympics that is around the Gymnastics when the girl has a ball, hoop, and streamer and they have to make up a dance routine? Well I made our family make up their own routine...hysterical!
