FLAMING GORGE

Aug16-18, 2013

This past weekend was a BLAST! All of the girls in my office drove up to FLAMING GORGE for a fun weekend in Dawna's CABIN and had the BEST TIME EVER being pulled in a TUBE by the BOAT. The weather was perfect, the food was great, and the company was the BEST! It's so great that we all get along and really like each other. It was fun to spend time with our old boss, Pat, (she retired this year), and her husband, Sid. A BIG THANKS to Brad and Dawna for allowing us to come up and have fun with them! I hope this becomes an annual event :)

 We were screaming, and laughing so hard! Brad really took us for a ride! It was so much fun!!

 Julie was so sad she couldn't get in the water and play. She just had surgery on her head. Next year!

                         Sid, Pat and Brad. Dawna gave them a wild ride on the lake.

 The water is FREEZING COLD! Me and Pat grabbed hands and jumped in. It was so refreshing after the shock of the cold. I was still scared of the fish but I stayed in for a bit.

 Amber and Darla just came for the ride. They weren't getting in today. Next year!!

Shaking our hands out to rest them. We had been holding on for dear life and were sore and exhausted. This was honestly the best fun ever! Pat kept saying,  "now this is the life!"

 We saw a herd of big horned sheep right off the lake. So cool!

 Later that night we drove up to Sheep Creek to see some pretty sights. I loved Big Spring!

 I have seen a lot of red rock in my life, but never green rock! Crazy!

                                   I loved looking at these windmills. They produce power.

There are so many pics to post to show off what a fun, relaxing weekend we had. I love the ladies I work with . They are simply the best!
