DOWNATA HOT SPRINGS!

I came up to IDAHO to spend the long weekend with Ashley and her family. We wanted to do something fun so even though the wind was blowing and it was freezing cold outside, we went SWIMMING outside at DOWNATA HOT SPRINGS! It felt so good! We didn't go into the actual HOT SPRINGS because Ashley is pregnant, but they have an outside POOL that is warm like bath water. It was so awesome! We swam for hours and the kiddo's loved it! We will definitely be coming back here again! What a fun time!

I love spending time with these kiddo's. I love them so much!

HEART ATTACKING THE GRANDPARENTS

Boston and Waylon look forward to HEART ATTACKING the GRANDPARENTS every year. It's their favorite thing to do! They get giddy with excitement over it all. I think the GRANDPARENTS really like it too!

This year we headed out later than usual and so it was dark so my photos didn't turn out real well so bare with me.

What we do is put a few HEARTS on their doors, set out a TREAT then DOORBELL DITCH them and hide on the side of the house. When they hear the GRANDPARENTS open the door and wonder who left them a TREAT, they come running out yelling, "HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!" Oh they love it!  They give big HUGS and they are just beaming with LOVE AND EXCITEMENT!  It is so fun for me to watch. The best part is seeing them bouncing up and down waiting for the door to open. They get so anxious!

I love doing this fun VALENTINE'S TRADITION with these boys!

 Nan and Pops! Pop made these awesome wooden guns that shoot elastics! The boys were ecstatic!

 She gave them treats too! By this time Waylon was spent! He was just recovering from the flu. They had so much fun tonight and they loved every bit of it!

I DIG YOU!

HAPPY VALETINE'S DAY! I had a great day today even though it was a pretty long one!

Me and Julie brought doughnuts to work for my co-workers and told them "DONUT you know it's Valentine's Day? DONUT you know I love you?  Cheesy I know, but I really do love those guys!

Then when I got home from work I gave the boys their VALENTINE'S from me. I got them a sand pail and filled it with candy, books, coloring books, stickers, bubbles, etc...then I wrote on a tag that said, " I DIG YOU!" They loved it and I LOVE THEM!

When I went into my room I was shocked to see that they had decorated my headboard! It made my whole day! I love my VALENTINE'S!

Waylon was so funny. He wanted to put his Spider V-Day cards above my bed cuz he knows I am scared of spiders. He got a kick out of me making a big deal of being scared over them!

Afterwards, we went and Heart Attacked the Grandparents. I'll show all of that in the next post!

MAKING A VALENTINE BOX

Everyone in our household has had the flu and now that we are getting over it, Mikell is getting it. She hasn't slept a wink in weeks and now she isn't feeling well. So she asked if I wouldn't mind helping Boston make his VALENTINE BOX for school. I told her I would love to!

Boston is so into FOOTBALL right now and so Mikell found a cute idea and we ran with it. Boston was so happy with it! It was hard for me to let him cut everything out and not put things on perfectly straight. Zach and Mikell had to keep reminding me, this was his box and it should be his work. Ha! Ha!  But I think it turned out super cute!

OLIVE GARDEN IMPROMPTU DINNER

Ashley and the kiddo's came down from Idaho to sell a puppy so she asked me to dinner. We went to OLIVE GARDEN and it was so great just to spend some time with these guys! I miss them so much!

SPECIAL DATE TO FERDINAND

I had the best Saturday! I got to go on a "SPECIAL DATE" with Boston and Waylon. We went to see the movie FERDINAND at Kaysville Theater, and it was so dang cute! Boston was so happy that John Cena was the voice of Ferdinand. He loves John Cena! The boys loved this movie too.

After, we went shopping at a few stores and then we went to Bennion's Crafts to punch out a bunch of hearts so we could decorate our hearts all around the house with the things and people we LOVE on them. The boys LOVE doing this fun little tradition and they insisted that we do it today!

One of the things I LOVE MOST is spending time with these two boys!

SUPERBOWL L11

We headed over to Stef's to watch the SUPERBOWL this year. Was it not the BEST GAME?? Oh my it was stressful at times! I was so happy that the EAGLES won the PATRIOTS! Woot! Woot!

Of course we had lots of nummy food there and it was great being there with FAMILY. The only rotten part was that I had to wear a mask because I came down with an awful cold! Yuck!

It was super great watching the GAME in the theater room with awesome reclining stadium seating! Woot! Woot! So happy that Stef and John moved back home and is so willing to host our family parties now!

 I pulled my mask down for the photo but yes, I am wearing 49er stuff cuz no matter what they're my team! It's the only NFL gear I own!

 Steven was so funny when he dressed up in his "Special Surprise!" He's a GOAL POST!

 My mom is sporting her 49ers shirt too! Here is Stef and Dane too! Dane really wanted the Patriots! Felt bad for him, but so happy the Eagles won!

 When Paisley came in the door she came running for me, then saw Dane and went right to him instead! What??? What's up with that? Then she sat right next to him like this for the longest time. Dane is so cute with the little kids. I love it! This melted my jealous heart!

 Sadie loved snuggles with Grandma Shirley. The two little girls were kind of scared of me in my mask.

 Grandma Shirley came in at half time all dressed up! She is hysterical!

McCord was playing so cute with the little people too. Love how these big boys help watch and play with them. They are awesome!
