Here are a few pics from the night Ashley and Lytton got ENGAGED!! Remember Lytton had made her a really nice dinner and then PROPOSED. Here are a few pics from that night. I LOVE seeing them so HAPPY!!

SNOWMOBILING

Remember back in December I told you that Ashley and Lytton went SNOWMOBILING and that I would post pics as soon as I got them? Well, I got them!! This was Ashley's first time SNOWMOBILING and she had SO MUCH FUN! This is Lytton's 2nd love...Ash of course being his first! (That was a direct quote from him! :) So he was excited to take her out and show him how much he enjoyed "taking the sled out".

LAVA HOT SPRINGS

Me and Judy have been wanting to go to LAVA HOT SPRINGS for over two years now, so FINALLY we decided to go. We had such a FUN weekend! We drove past LYTTON'S house and saw where he grew up in MARSH VALLEY (ARIMO). It was so awesome to see where he grew up. He lives on a lot of LAND! We drove to POCATELLO and had lunch at RUBY TUESDAY and then went to a movie. When we came to our hotel we were SO disappointed! It was a DIVE! Judy did NOT want to stay there. But all of the hotels there were just really old. Anway...Lytton told me I had to go to this really good THAI RESTAURANT. I have never had THAI FOOD so I was a little nervous. But we went there and OH MY GOSH! It was VERY GOOD! We were going to go sit in the HOT SPRINGS when we got done but it was so crowded that we decided to wait till the next morning. When we finally got into the HOT SPRINGS it was AWESOME! It felt so good! It was FREEZING outside but then the SPRINGS were so HOT and after acclimating for a few minutes it felt WONDERFUL! Then we drove home and stopped in LOGAN on the way home to see ASHLEY. I MISS HER SO MUCH! We went grocery shopping for Ash and then went home. I did have a fun weekend! I love little get-aways like this!

LYTTON'S NECK OF THE WOODS

Lytton gave me his address and told me to drive by his house on my way to LAVA HOT SPRINGS. He only lives 8 miles from Lava. Me and Judy were taking a little trip there. So we drove to ARIMO, IDAHO and I was so excited to see where he grew up. They own a CATTLE RANCH there. It was so amazing to see where he lived. He lives in the middle of fields full of hay and cattle and it was really awesome to finally see it. He doesn't have any neighbors besides his brother that are close by. Here are some pics:

ASHLEY IS ENGAGED!

In my last post did I not mention that the RING Lytton picked out for Ashley would burn a hole in his pocket? He had a wonderful idea on how to PROPOSE to Ashley. He knows how much she loves riding horses, so he was going to take her home to IDAHO and take their horses up to BIG ONION MOUNTAIN to his favorite place, and propose to her there. But he would have to wait until SPRING BREAK. I said, "Lytton, that sounds awesome, but you will NEVER be able to wait that long!" I was right. 3 days later, Lytton made a SPECIAL DINNER for Ashley (steak and potatoes) and he wasn't really planning on asking her then but he COULDN'T WAIT! :) He got down on ONE KNEE and PROPOSED to her. Of course she said YES!! It's been 3 weeks since the PROPOSAL and we still have NO DATE! But my whole household is EXCITED! We love LYTTON and Ashley has made a SUPERB choice in a MAN!

ASHLEY AND LYTTON HEAD TO VEGAS

Ashley and Lytton stopped by my work to say good-bye to me on their way out to VEGAS. This is a very important trip they're taking....LYTTON IS ASKING BILL'S PERMISSION TO MARRY HIS DAUGHTER!

So they went to Vegas and things went VERY WELL. So well infact, that Lytton purchased a RING for Ashley. He is planning on waiting for a few months to give it to her. I told him it would BURN A HOLE in his pocket and he would NEVER last that long! I am SO EXCITED for them! :)

PAMPERED WITH PEDICURES

What a better way to start out the New Year! Ashley had given me a Gift Certificate to Michelle's for a PEDICURE so me and Mikell talked Zach into going with us to get a PEDICURE! Zach was very reluctant at first but when we told him how good the MASSAGE felt, and how they can soften his feet he decided to give it a try. He LOVED it!! Ashley has been trying to talk Lytton into getting one too and he was not too excited about it, but then Zach told him how GREAT if felt to have your feet and legs MASSAGED so now he has agreed to get one with Ashley.

NEW YEAR'S EVE

We went to Debbie's for New Year's Eve. We had a blast! We played our new favorite game, "SMART ASS" It really is a fun game! We also played our annual CHARADES game of the events that took place throughout 2011. Jessica does such a great job of making up this game!
The family got to meet Lytton and Morgan, Andy's girlfriend. I was so happy to have Stef there to play with us!! Of course at MIDNIGHT we did our annual TOAST and everyone with a partner there, KISSED! When I got home, me, Zach and Lytton stayed up and watched NACHO LIBRE' it's so funny to watch it with Zach! Then we stayed up talking to Lytton until 4:30 am!! I'm too old for that!! But I had a great time! Our family really likes Lytton. He is such a great guy. I just know that 2012 is going to be a FANTASTIC year!!
